Terms of delivery
We have fulfilled our delivery obligation upon delivery of the ordered goods and payment to the carrier (TNT post). In the event of damage and/or loss/no receipt, we will submit a complaint to TNT and, depending on their response, compensate you. In the event of damage to one or more articles or the absence of one or more articles, you must contact Happybird by telephone or email on the day of receipt and report this including a photo of the damage.
With a normal order, no signature is required upon declaration, making proof of no receipt difficult. If you do not wish to take any risk in this regard, we recommend requesting a signature upon delivery with an additional cost of 1 euro.
