Return and Refund Policy

All items ordered and delivered from us can be returned within 10 days after we have been informed about the return.
Damage upon receipt must be stated when signing for receipt and must be recorded by photo and reported to us immediately.
Harnesses and other articles that have been in contact with animals are excluded.
The goods must also be delivered to us properly packaged and undamaged.
Only if a wrong item is delivered by us are the return costs for our account, in all other cases for the account of the buyer.
Repayment of the purchase price, insofar as made and definitively received, will be executed immediately.
